Sitting at the side of a massage table and leaning over to get a manicure was very uncomfortable. The 'deluxe' manicure was not very deluxe. Staff were friendly but didn't offer much interest in our experience.

Very uncomfortable having to sit for 45mins at a massage table while having your nails done. Not very relaxing.

Purchased $130 cream from in store today, lady was not polite, seemed annoyed when I asked questions regarding their products. When I arrived home and opened, the cream had obviously been used numerous times, finger marks and all. Called the store and was told (by a different lady) to bring it back and they would exchange, did not seem surprised it had been used, I was a little shocked and even had to ask ‘is that normal’? woman was quite rude. says online that the store shuts at 8pm giving the impression that it would be open, but when i go to walk in at 6:50 to simply buy a voucher for my grandmothers birthday, she turns me away & says the store closes at 7pm. horrible first impression. won’t be returning.
