Back door of apartment isnt locked so anyone can get it...ppl throw garbage over their decks. its a disgusting place to even visit

Parking lot is not plotted well, nor enough space. Apartments are old and need updating, laundry is too expensive. Good location, quiet towards the outer part of town. Please spray for bugs, so many spiders. Has the potential to be 5/5, but the more it's neglected the further down the rating.
Run for your life! Glad we are moving out soon!!!
