Worst Service. Ever. – I'm not a tremendously hard customer to please. I only ask that the person or persons performing the service on my car be professional. I'm not even asking the service provider to be nice, mind you. The treatment I received when I visited Ell Bern this week was beyond unpleasant. I merely asked to have my car inspected since my sticker had just expired. I was belittled and made to look like a fool by any person within earshot. It was disgusting.
