Never have I felt like my health was so unimportant. I missed an appointment due to an emergency with my own patient. I called the office before hours and left a message on the answering service but was considered a no call no show when in fact I did call . Because I couldn't show.. this was strike 1 my strike 2 came when I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. Vicki has a great "bedside" manner and actually takes the time to not only hear what I'm saying, but also listens to and retains the info, not just for the moment but also looking toward the future of my health and well-being long-term. My status as a new patient included an understanding of my numerous prescriptions and health history. She promptly addressed all that and any new questions or followups I had. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Don't waste your time. When I made my appointment I was asked what are your current medications, when I went to the appointment she refused to give me refills on meds I had been on for over a year. I was on these medications because I needed them now I'm waiting on another appointment elsewhere & in a tailspin because what she prescribed isn't helping me. The only positive thing I have to say is the girl at the front desk was kind.
