I joined a little over a month ago because of the varied class schedule options. I have two young children and love the flexibility of the schedule. The instructors are amazing and helpful. They have taught me proper form and encouraged me to push myself! Love it there!!
Great local gym with boot camp classes that push you to get healthy and feel better! Always encouraging !
