Took a week to get back and fix microwave. Other than that no complaints. The tech was a very nice guy and fixed the problem Will use them again.
Demand money up front then jack up the price of parts. Wants over 300 to fix a old dryer. Look elsewhere. I gave them a shot really hoping for something reasonable and got the opposite.

Made an appointment and got a phone call from an 800 number saying that the technician did not want to go on the call. Was extremely rude will never ever recommend.
This isn't a store front, so the repair technicians don't work for them they are purely subcontractors. Address is also bogus as no business by that name at that address. They ask for payment of $59.95 upfront just ylto schedule appointment. The company is paid a percentage of whatever subcontractors charge. Would never use for any repair.
