Ben was fantastic and ultimately the reason we decided to move forward with Elkstone. His proposal was the only of all of the quotes we got that proposed opening up the very congested space in ways we didn’t think were possible. Eli was great as a project manager - responsive, very proactive in communication, and resolved all of the small issues we ran into. Their portal, staff and process removes a lot of the stress of project management. Overall, Elkstone is on the higher end of pricing, but totally worth it.
I can't speak highly enough about ElkStone. I had bought a house and needed to finish the basement quickly to make enough room for my family. I had heard so many stories about how construction is never on time but the ElkStone team was on time at every stage (would have been early if it hadn't been for a holiday). My PM Bill was an absolute delight to work with and all of the teams were courteous and professional. The basement looks beautiful and it was done within 2 months which was amazing.

Good communication throughout the project. Ben was excellent to work with on the initial design. Paula was a wonderful project manager and followed up on all of the details. Paula helped us understand all of the options for the remodel and walked us through decisions that needed to be made. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.
Classy move parking company truck blocking 90% of the sidewalk. I am lucky that i am not im not in a wheelchair or have a stroller or whatever that forces someone into the road area to get by.i had to brush ass with a bush to walk by dog by which id the best scenario here. I will be emailing you guys a photo. I would add it to review if i could.
