We couldn’t be more pleased with our basement renovation by Elkstone and the outstanding work from Keith in Design and David, our Project Manager. I had Elkstone out to finish my basement in Erie. The entire process was smooth and everyone we interacted with on the Elkstone team was fantastic. Our project manager (Daniel) answered all of our questions and when the inevitable curve ball was thrown, he handled it like a pro! Throughout the process, my wife and I would price check what any of the adjustments were and Elkstone was either at or below market every single time. We plan on going with Elkstone with any of our future large home projects!
Had a good experience with Elkstone Basements! They just finished up finishing our basement and are very happy with it. Elkstone uses a dashboard that is very helpful and easy to use. Our project manager, Zayne, was responsive and addressed all questions/concerns in a very timely manner. Will recommend to family and friends.
