I am thrilled with my new basement! Both Chad and Luke were very easy to work with. Chad’s design was just what I wanted and within my budget. Luke kept the project moving, came by frequently and kept me updated on the progress. I highly recommend Elkstone!
We have had nothing but trouble with getting quality work completed in a timely manner. They do not honor their commitments and there have been continued cost increases throughout the project that started in late March and has yet to be completed in late July. This project was originally quoted to be completed in 6 weeks. I have had to work with subcontractors on my own because they have had a lot of attrition of their PMs, some of which were ineffective at project management. We are very pleased with the basement that Elkstone has finished for us. The process was seamless and went exactly as sold, which was somewhat of a surprise since construction rarely goes as planned. Even change orders were fairly priced. We highly recommend Elkstone for your basement finish.

Great experience, Zayne kept things on time, and was incredibly responsive during the entire process. The end results are beautiful, the contractors they work with all do incredible work and were very good with pivoting and trouble shooting to meet our requests when things came up.
