Don’t believe everything that he tells you!!! He purchased a mower from me. He brought a pulley in and wanted it covered under warranty. He said his mower had over 800 hours on it. First of all you can’t just hand over a part for warranty. It has to be replaced at the dealer. He first said that Exmark covered it under warranty. A plastic pulley is a normal ware item that isn’t covered under warranty per Exmark tech service. So you keep posting that we didn’t want to do it under warranty.
