DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. We stored our household there for 2 1/2 years and most of it was ruined by rat urine and feces. The management takes no responsibility for pest/rodent control, stating “they are doing there best”. Their insurance (which I paid for monthly) was little help and offered to pay $200, but only after I jumped through their hoops. I’ve have to throw away thousands of dollars in furnishings all because they obviously have no protection against pest and rodents at this facility.

I have called twice this week regarding the over grown grass and lack of upkeep at the storage unit. The pictures below are surrounding my storage unit that I cannot even get to with my Yukon and trailer to empty out due to the tall grass. Not only are they not tended to there have been several storage units broken into (police reports on file with Limestone County) and evidence of the one next to my unit being broken into this week bc they left the unit door partially open. Still trying to charge me for a unit i moved out of over a month ago. Harassing me multiple times a week over it. And horrible mouse problem there. I had 4 boxes that were chewed into and mice damaged items in them. I only had my items in there for 2 months. Wont be using this facility ever again.

They don’t even deserve a star! But I had to add one in order to post this! This is the worst ever! We rented 2 storage building on a Saturday took us an hour for the lady to get it all together and then we couldn’t even get in the gate we called all afternoon no one answered! Then we tried to get in the gate Sunday and couldn’t so we called and left messages all day no one answered! I like the new update on the gate with the magnetic loop so we can exit after hour instead of needing to call someone to open for us. Seem like the gate got broken often before maybe due to people got lock in after hour and they trying to get out by tinker with the gate. Other then that I had no problem recommending people to rent at this storage facility.
