Paralegal yelled and hung up on me. Called to schedule the free consultation offered on the website. I told her I am only interested in questions pertaining to trial. She said I would need to pay additional money for that. When I questioned why she yelled, said she wasn't going to argue, then hung up flat when I confronted her on being rude to a potential client.
