I have been going to this practice a long time.... 30 years. I have seen the quality of responsiveness go down dramatically over the last year. Simple things like responses to referral requests or a script for blood work go unanswered in the web portal. I am thinking of changing practices as a result.
The office staff is awful. They should all be fired and the corporate office should be notified. Their incompetence and lack of customer service is appalling.
Every appointment I have they are always running late. One time they literally forgot about me even though I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time. For a 15 minute appointment, should not have to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor.
