The office staff is awful. They should all be fired and the corporate office should be notified. Their incompetence and lack of customer service is appalling.
Every appointment I have they are always running late. One time they literally forgot about me even though I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time. For a 15 minute appointment, should not have to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor.
I came to the practice looking for a physician of color specifically. I even made an appointment for my husband to see her as well. Office can be chaotic. Not impressed with my provider, Michelle Powell or her bedside manner. When I had my first visit as a new patient she was personable but forgot to send my medication to pharmacy after my visit so I had to wait two days for my meds and then I had to call twice to have it sent to the correct pharmacy after I had already requested it be sent to a specific pharmacy.
