Everyone in the office is genuinely loving and caring - they pick up the phone when I call, see me within 15 min of my appointment time, never shame me or try to 'sell' me anything.
Dr. Rosen is the best! Love this practice and everyone who works here. Always helpful and kind.
Love Dr. Oliver! So kind, patient, and attentive. However it's extremely difficult to make an appointment with this office. I called at noon and they said I need to call at 8 am. I called at 8 am on another day, got voicemail that said they would call me back the next business day. No one called for weeks. I finally sent a message through the patient portal and recieved a call back the same day. The receptionist was curt and said I needed to call at 8am.
