I went in for a full acrylic set and pedi. Everyone was pleasant but my nails didn’t even last a week and they’re already just falling off. I don’t think she used enough acrylic. She also didn’t give me the shape I requested (stiletto/pointy) and when I asked her to reshape them she actually made them more rounded. As someone who has kept their nails done for the better part of 15 years I’ve never had this happen. I would not recommend going here for nails. 0 stars. 0/10 experience The worker (a specific male is very very rude to customers) on top of that the nail tech at #2 is very inexperience and does a really shitty job. Worse experience ever. Would not recommend
This was my first time there... Got a pedicure, the "Elkins Specialty" which was so relaxing.. They did a great job and the girl took her time to make sure my toenails were trimmed properly! I will definitely be back!
kinda mad. experience was great but the design was wrong. and i told her id pull the photo up and she said “no i got this”. the stripes are wrong and the white is wrong im absolutely mad.
Hurt and rushed didn’t even try and talked crap the whole time
