Been trying to get a marker from these awful people for two years. Now they don't even answer the phone or come into their office, I have paid already .....TWO YEARS AGO!

Absolutely awful people running this place. My whole family on my father’s side is buried here. Two years ago my father passed away and they still haven’t placed his marker. These people at Elkins Memorial Gardens will take your money, then they won’t fulfill their contractual obligations. They ignore your calls and emails for information. This place really needs to be investigated by the state. I have to now contact an attorney to start the process of recovering thousands of dollars because I don’t believe they will actuall... read more

My brother passed 2 years ago, paid for a headstone @$3000.00. To this day, no headstone has been placed. Numerous unanswered emails, phone calls...the only answer we ever received last April, mentioned family illness and headstone was in line but things were running behind. Totally unacceptable after 2 years!

grass was not mowed last memorial day. when a grave is dug 4 0r 5 other graves are torn up. could not get up road yesterday. i was told yesterday a grave was dug in the wrong spot. tombstones are knocked over when graves are dug and not placed back up. a family had to upright a stone that was knocked down. it is a for profit cemetary and they are taking in funds but not spending any on maintenance. the cemetary is a disaster.
