Rick Lane has been an invaluable resource in helping me find office space in Alexandria on three different occasions. Every time he listened carefully to my needs, thoroughly researched (and kept on top of changes in ) the market, curated good options, worked with me to determine how to best configure/design the spaces, and finally mediated lease deals that worked for well me. Scott and Rick worked very hard to find us good tenants for our property. Prospects during the pandemic (the uncertainty of what is to be) were few and far between, but these guys kept us informed and let us know just how things were going. Recommend this company and definitely use them again!
