First of all it's not 100% accurate that I leave this review for the service department only. My problems were a major headache mainly around the extended warranty on my vehicle that was purchased through Elkins Chevrolet. The service department although you would think knows these warranty companies inside and out, especially since they sell it, would be able to navigate it fairly easy.
