Coach Elkin arrived as our high school's strength coach in the summer of 1998. He ditched the prior coach's questionable emphasis on olympic lifting and maxing out on weights, developed new regimens for each athletic program which were on the forefront of strength training at the time, and was a master motivator. This is a great program. Sent my child here twice a week, and his agility and speed improved within just a few weeks. The trainers are well versed in knowledge across all sports, they push the kids to their own potential, and are good role models. Even received positive feedback from my child about himself and saw his self esteem improve right away. Jason, the person who runs elkins, was flexible and easy to work with. Very pleased with this sports training facility.
