Went in for a mental health check and the female doctors were very disrespectful, I remember one doctor saying to the other doctors "oh we got a crier" before entering the room. I won't be coming back here ever again.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT- THEY DONT ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS Sabrina was rude and nasty when answering the phone- instead of helping was quite the opposite and left me feeling frustrated and disgusted. I have been here since moving to the area in 2020. I still like them but I will warn any new patients that they are drowning in more patients than they can handle. Getting appointments is getting harder and harder, I have yet to be able to get a same day appointment for sickness. (Even though they advertise it’s possible). The system is unfortunately falling behind the demand. It’s pretty old school. Hopefully they can up their system so it can get better and not worse.
