The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me. I picked out a ring in the store and it could not be sized down enough so they rushed and had an exact copy of the ring made within two weeks. It was beautiful. Also had several repairs done and sold some old jewelry and they did an excellent job. I will not go to another jewelry store anymore, they have spoiled me. I highly recommend. Their prices are great and the staff is wonderful.

I've been going to Elkin Jeweler several times whenever I need anything done with my jewelry. The owner and all of her staff are very knowledgeable about anything to do with jewelry. And what I've found is if they tell you something, you can trust what they say. They are all very friendly and work hard as far as what they have done for me, to go above and beyond my expectations. If you need anything to do with jewelry I would definitely take the time to come to Elkin Jeweler.

I have bought several things from Elkin Jewelers and wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Pat, Stephanie and the staff make you feel like family and will help you in any way possible. I had a stone come out of a ring that was under warranty from Zales and they weren’t any help at resolving the matter. I took my ring to Pat and she worked with me for weeks on a ring that wasn’t bought from there. She helped me get my ring fixed and I now love it again!!! They have some beautiful jewelry and are honest about what they sale.
