I used to like this office. Then Dr Nunez became almost impossible to get an appointment with. So I switched to Dr Shah. Again, she was wonderful at the start. Now I’m having issues & the office is terrible!! Made me wait over a month for test results. My chart takes 2 full days minimum for a response. Then all dr shah did was make excuses. I requested them 3 times. I called image care & had them faxed over myself all 3 times. But no one could be bothered to follow up. Then the dr just makes an excuse. Dr Nunez himself is excellent. However, getting help to adjust meds or any advice is difficult at best. The office doesn't always answer the phone, when they do they transfer elsewhere. I've been hung up on. "My Chart" is a joke. Asked a question and waited two weeks before calling the office and got a run around to get someone to respond to my question. The doctor is great. I just wish the staff cared more in their jobs and there was more attention to a patient changing meds or having a problem because you have to wait six ... read more
This entire office is nothing but wonderful! Dr. Nunez is simply a fantastic doctor, who is warm and extremely knowledgeable. The staff at my most recent visit were great. My check-in with Coco was seamless, Anna, the medical assistant, was very personable and professional. I have been a patient of Dr Nunez for more than a decade, and will be coming here for decades to come. Thank you Atlantic Medical Group - Diabetes and Endocrinology!
Dr. Nunez is a wonderful man . He explained everything in a very understanding way . Dr. Nunez even drew a pic to get a visual about my thyroid and what it’s doing . His staff couldn’t be any nicer . This was my first visit and I will be staying with him from now on .
Dr Nunez is an amazing physician with indepth knowledge and expertise and a wonderful bedside manner. My husbands health has significantly improved under his care. I highly recommend him!!!
