Best Winter Sales Experience Ever! I had the best sales experience ever at Rockland Nissan - in the midst of the snowstorm! I took advantage of the snow over the holidays and visited Rockland Nissan after spending time at 2 other nearby stores. I was able to work with peace and quiet on my deal, and the salespeople at Rockland took time out from shoveling and cleaning their lots off to pay attention to every detail. excellent I had a great experiance at this dealer.The service staff repaired my car in 1 day and the price was very fair.( I checked). They drove me home,picked me up and washed my car.I never expected that from such a large dealer.
Mr. Brought my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder in to Rockland Nissan's service department for a check engine light that 2 other dealers could not repair. They were courteous and uderstanding even though I didn't purchase the car from them. They even offered me a loaner car while they checked my car. I was notifed not long after to let me know that they found the problem and would have it fixed under warranty shortly. Mom and Dad Were Happy I sent my mom and dad to Rockland Nissan after I had a good experience purchasing a Murano. They ended up purchasing with Jarrell, a new Maxima.
