Disconnected our electricity without any notice. Our daughter has a condition where she cannot get cold at all! Expects us to pay 300 for a deposit plus the rest before they reconnect! We have no other option as they are the only electric company in Elgin! Worst experience ever and I would recomend living in a town where they dont have service to!
