We had so much fun at Elkhorn Riding Adventures! The family that runs the business takes great care of their horses and even makes sure to only put the well-mannered horses near public reach for the safety of anyone wanting to pet or take pictures of the horses. The only place I would ever recommend to go for a trail ride in Clearlake!! The staff has worked there for so long and are so educated and passionate about what they do. They clearly love all the horses and it shows. The horses are so happy and healthy and you can just tell they are living their best lives. My boyfriend and I went on a ride with Molly and Freddie and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here!

We where just staying at Elkhorn resort for a few days and had hoped to be able to go for a sleighride. Unfortunately we found out that due to reasons beyond anyone’s control it was not available. Without any hesitation the gentleman who was feeding the horses told us how to get over so my kids could get close and pet the horses!
