Everyone is very friendly, professional, and what I real like is that whatever is being done, it is explained step by step. No wondering of what is being done now.
Friendly and helpful with my cleaning and xray process. She thoroughly talked thru my issues which was great!! I was recommended by a friend and would definitely recommend them as well!
Very thorough in exam and X-rays taken. I was very impressed with the dentist and support staff. Rather than just jumping into a treatment plan they are referring to a consult to make sure there isn't additional damage or issues. This was not considered by my last dental office. Thank you for the time and care received.
Love the new entrance/waiting room that welcomes patients, along with the smiling faces of the ladies that greet you. That atmosphere follows you as you are escorted by your hygienist(Sarah is mine)for the first stage - teeth cleaning. Dr. Hochstrasser is amazing with his knowledge and fantastic, witty chairside conversation.
