T&L Properties Security Deposit is way too much, so I don't recommend anyone else to live at any of T&L Properties! And the apt. Associate Manager, Sue will yell at you if you're a few minutes early in the laundry room! And the other guy in apt. 4 will bang on your wall and call the Cops on you and complain to management if he hears anything he knows nothing about coming from your apartment! I'm glad I'm done with T&L Properties! Anyone who rents with T&L Properties are just wasting their money!
