Great facility, very clean and wonderful staff. Evan is excellent. We will see how physical therapy develops. Thanks to everyone.
My mother get s very well taken care of. Facility is very clean. All the staff care about the residents.

My father has advanced dementia and has lived at Elkhart Meadows for seven years. The staff is exceptional as well as the administration team. They communicate very well with me about my dad‘s care and health. He has a decent little room with his own television and bathroom. There is plenty of space in the common area and the dining room For all of the residents and guests as well as a giant fish tank that is well maintained. My dad seems very happy there.
Whenever I visit I am welcome and provided any help or questions I may have.
