Disappointed - this prosecutor is not doing the job she was elected to do. Turns a blind eye to actions that should be prosecuted. Needs replaced in Nov 2026 by someone willing to do the job and prosecute the criminals.
Allowing the Jayco employees to get away with this then refusing to file charges is a classic example of allowing and welcoming this behavior into the community. Recent cases like Yucaipa CA tell you offenders that get away with it will do it again. Sorry for your community
My daughter was sexually abused by her 17-year-old cousin when she was six and he raped another one of his little cousins and this new prosecuting attorney told the detective that there's nothing that they can do. I have spoken with lawyers and they said absolutely yes he can be tried as an adult. But this Elkhart county prosecuting attorney said there's nothing they can do and refused to help our children.
Very disappointed in Vicki as she let an adult assault my 13 year old daughter and didn’t do anything about it. So according to Vicki it’s okay for an adult to assault minors. But if it was her child it would be a different story.
People in Elkhart County seem to have no heart when it comes to cats. Justice for the two cats crushed to death!
