Elke has given me the best eyebrow experience I’ve ever had and is one of the best estheticians I’ve seen over the years. She is warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She informed me on the care she was providing in the salon as well as the aftercare I should do at home. I had actually made an appointment for more services than I needed and she refunded me the difference. I’m used to constant upselling in NYC so I appreciate her professionalism and honesty. Can’t say enough about her.
