This company is trash. They pick and choose on who has to follow the lease. Westridge apartments uses this Company .Westridge Apartments allow cars that clearly are not legal for road use. Lease states all cars must have current license plate tags. Tenants are allowed to park cars that are not tagged legally. I regret having any thing to do with the apartment complex that uses this company
Westridge Apartments – I lived at this place for several years. The apartments are older, and that being said you will have minor maintenance issues arrise from time to time. However, you will not find a better value for your money. The views and scenery are spectacular!! The office and maintenance staff have never been anything but courteous, professional, and friendly. Great neighbors as well.....I have actually referred several people to Westridge.
THE Place for you if you don't care about communication or repairs – If you don't care whether your air conditioning is working when it is 85 degrees plus outside or don't need to know if and when it will be fixed because they won't communicate with you; or, the maintenance staff tells you they will fix something, such as a closet door that has been broken since you moved in 8 months ago, but just puts you off and never does it; if you like lumps and bumps in your floor and ceiling because someone has "cut corners", then by ... read more
