We waited nearly 5 hours in the emergency department just to get a simple doctor’s note saying I am fit to return to work. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. There was very little communication, and it didn’t feel like patient care was a priority at all. I understand ERs can be busy, but waiting this long for such a basic request is unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
My family and I were in the hospital with my grandma so she could be comfortable for her final days. The nurses and kitchen staff were so incredible to us, their kindness and patience was amazing. My family and I couldn’t have asked for better nurses to be taking care of our grandma and there for us as we lost her. Nurse Anton, nurse Kayla & Nurse Haylee- thank you for being so kind and helpful to myself and my family!
