Victor is one of a kind. He delivered an unforgettable catering experience that is unmatched. We had him cater a friends bachelor party and he came out swinging. His food is out of this world, the bison short rib is to die for. It was locally inspired, a fun way to try new things, and a one of a kind experience. One of the best dishes I’ve ever had. If you are in the need of a catering company this is the obvious choice.
Out of this world delicious. Victor was kind and provided interesting stories about Fernie and the local area. Every single dish was off the charts. I highly recommend Elk Valley Catering to anyone or group looking to have an unforgettable fine dining experience.

Elk Valley Catering was great! I held a special event dinner for 10, and Victor gave me terrific service from beginning to end. He helped create the menu, pick the wines and set the pace. I would highly recommend Victor and Elk Valley Catering.
