We were at the ski hills in Fernie for a week. Stayed at a chalet and requested the services of Victor for 17 guys. The meal was out of this world! Victor cooked 5 Tomahawks Bison and Prime Rib for 17. Also, Caesar salad, vegetables, truffle potatoes which was so good and dessert too cheese cake. If you're looking treat the Family or Friend suggest you call Victor! Everything was incredible. Would do this again!
Victor has now provided a phenomenal meal and experience two years in a row for our annual ski trip here in Fernie. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal.
