Victor was absolutely incredible! We hired him for a bachelorette dinner, and we were all in awe! He curated a fantastic dinner that we couldn’t stop talking about the rest of the weekend. He was easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating to dietary restrictions. Could not recommend him more!
The dinner provided by Victor was delicious. It was delivered at the arranged time and had everything as ordered. The hot food was hot and the salad and dressing was so tasty. The chicken was roasted to perfection. The dinner was enjoyed by everyone and lots available for seconds. Highly recommend Elk Valley Catering.
What a great pleasure to have Victor cook for us! 6 course meal perfectly timed, flawlessly executed and super fun ! As a part time caterer myself, I marvelled at his preparation, his attention to detail and his clean up skills meant I go to be the hostess I have always wanted to be and truly enjoy being a guest in my own home. What a special treat! Thank you so much !
Truly enjoyed a 7 course meal, from a charcuterie board starter to the creme Brulee desert, courtesy of Chef Victor's creativity + talent. Pave potatoes were to die for.
