Chef worked closely with our group to accommodate preferences and created an amazing meal, timed and cooked to perfection.
Victor was an incredible chef and more importantly the experience was so fun! He was very engaged with our whole group and made us feel part of the entire chef process. The food was out of this world and we will definitely be booking him and Elk Valley Catering again next time we are back in the area! Thanks again Victor!!
Victor is amazing. He cooks a great meal but also gives a lot of good cooking tips (and snowboarding ones). Highly recommended.
