Reached out to Elk Valley catering for a private chef experience for my mum’s 60th birthday. Fantastic 4 course meal for the 8 of us and excellent service. I would highly recommend Victor and his team - in the case of this meal we were treated to the French culinary genius, Martin Jeoffory, one of the new sous chef’s at Elk Valley catering.

Victor and his team did a fantastic job catering our daughter's wedding. It was a large event with 130 people at an outdoor venue. The canapes and charcuterie boards were delicious and the guests raved about the dinner. The mac n cheese with bacon was a particular hit. And the kids in particular loved the upscale poutine for the late night snack. We used Elk Valley Catering for our wedding this past weekend and I can’t recommend them enough. Victor and Karlee were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. They were professional, organized, and always quick to respond. On the wedding day, their servers were fantastic and the food was incredible.
