Chef Victor prepared a three course private dinner for our whole family to celebrate our parent’s 45th wedding anniversary in Fernie. The food was amazing and Victor was so great to work with on creating the event. I highly recommend working with him and we look forward to one day using his services.
Chef worked closely with our group to accommodate preferences and created an amazing meal, timed and cooked to perfection.
Victor was an incredible chef and more importantly the experience was so fun! He was very engaged with our whole group and made us feel part of the entire chef process. The food was out of this world and we will definitely be booking him and Elk Valley Catering again next time we are back in the area! Thanks again Victor!!
Victor is amazing. He cooks a great meal but also gives a lot of good cooking tips (and snowboarding ones). Highly recommended.
