We had Elk Septic & Excavation install a very large grease trap at a cost in excess of $20k. During the installation, they hit a electrical line which powered a sign by the road which is now non-operational. It clearly shows the while digging up the old tank, that the line was damaged. The owner of the company has stated that they did not do the damage (it is obvious as the electrical line was buried 17" deeper where it was hit during excavation) and has refused to pay for the damages.
