I called today as I'm closing on my house on Friday, I also wanted to put my name on my parents bill as they passed away and I have moved into their home that was left to me in a trust. I was told that I had to have a credit score run on me and if I didn't pass I would be charged for this??? What! I've been a customer for 14 years, my bill is in good standing, my parents bill is in good standing. What a greedy rip off, I got no condolences, just a hand out for more money. Shame on you.
