Terrible place to go i had a dump trailer full of garbage I usually go to Shakopee where I can drive in and dump. You will have to throw it out by hand here for what they say is 190 per 1500 pounds then add a bunch of charges. If you want to dump your dump trailer it is going to be a flat rate (prob. A bunch of fees added to that for 500$) then you have to buy a hard hat and a hyvis vest and required to wear steel toe boots) what ajoke save yourself and go somewhere else if it is an option! Customer service is completely absent. Everything is automated and strictly limited to a few specific items of information. I live out of town but am remodeling a home in Brooklyn Park. I was just looking for a place to dump demolition, but could find no clear answers. The automated voice message says the website is faster. I found it impossible.
I wasted half of my day yesterday coming up there to use the facility..was closed to residential dumping... Are you actually open for that today,9-24.?
I've received consistently good service from WM. I like their use of automated messages and automatic online billing that saves me time.
