Bunch of crooks, my best friend had a experience with them and they are very dishonest, they have flown the coop several times used several different names and have done business in atleast 2 states and beware are probably getting ready to take advantage of any and all soon
I ordered a pontoon boat trailer in June, 2020 and paid $500 down by check. They would not take a credit card, and now I know why. I never received the trailer and to my knowledge, it was never built. I have not been able to get my down payment back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Totally dishonest! Do not trust this company! The only reason I gave them one star was to post this review. A minus 5 would be a more accurate rating!
It took 2 weeks longer then I was originally told... Its an adjustable trailer... except for the 2 bunks in the middle... the keel(s) on my boat land directly on them.. All of the other bunks move, except those 2... Now I'll be transferring the boat back to the old trailer so we can modify this brand new trailer to work. They ask for make and model? Obviously did nothing with that information. Spend the extra money and get a real trailer.
Certainly get what you pay for with these. They are the cheapest trailers on the market, and it shows. When we ordered ours, we were told 2 weeks. We were fine with this, as there were some decent savings over other in stock options. However, it took nearly 4 weeks for ours to be completed. I had to call every time for updates. Not once did they reach out to let me know there would be delays. Be prepared to be told that any delays with your trailer "are in god's hands".
