I met with my new physician this week and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of attention and time that Dr. Grace took with my annual physical. She has a very genuine and caring attitude and I found that very refreshing. It is so nice to feel like you are not just another number and being in a rush for the next patient. Wonderful experience!
Kathleen Maye is one of the top medical people I have ever had the privilege to see. She is kind and thorough. She makes sure you know all your options and makes you feel that she has given you the best care possible.
This was originally the office of Dr. Richard Staller, who was wonderful! New West acquired the practice. The current physicians, physicians assistants and nurses are good. PA Mary N. Arnold has especially impressed me. However, New West Physicians as a whole is a bureaucracy. One immediately recognizes this when calling for an appointment. The wait is long and they continually play New West commercials, over and over, while you wait. Makes one want to scream!
