Just getting started here but schedules and times are important for everyone. Being closed from 12:30-1:00 is okay but keep that schedule. Driving 40 minutes to fill out paperwork that can only be done in the office, then seeing the closed notice on the door, having to wait 20 minutes, and then going in to see another 15 minutes added is not cool. Rotate lunch or whatever you need to do to keep your schedule going.
Excellent care
I was really excited to be established with a new primary care doctor and made an appointment here for my first visit. Unfortunately, after arriving a tad early to fill out paperwork like they asked, we waited for 45 minutes in a room. I had my toddler and baby in tow, and we just couldn’t wait that long to be seen. No one came in to tell me it’d be a while, or gave me a heads up that the doctor was behind. I’m a busy parent, and I can’t have unreliable care/ appointments that take two hours. I’ll be choosing another office.
We've been coming here for about 8 years. My wife sees Dr. Shokley and Dr. Pray is my primary care physician. We could not be more pleased with the professional care and personal touch we receive here. Dr. Pray literally saved my life with a good call on some suspect bloodwork tests. Love everyone at this practice except the front receptionist. She always has an attitude no matter what time of day you come in. Acts like you're inconveniencing her and couldn't smile genuinely if her life depended on it. She wasn't always like this, though, so I'm not sure what her issue is. Not going to take away a star for it, though, because she's just one person and we only have to interact with her for a brief moment, and maybe when making an appointment.
