We recently purchased quite a few apparel items from ELK through my daughter’s sports team and while almost everything was of great quality and fit well, we had an issue with one item. I reached out to the company and they promptly offered to allow me to exchange the item. I am very pleased with their customer service - Scott was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend their products and services to anyone looking for sports team apparel!
The ELK Promotions team delivers every time! Once, on the afternoon before a huge event, I realized we were short 150 of a promo item due to a sell-out crowd. Deb and her team sourced the item in CA, arranged for overnight shipping, and I had it at 7am the day of the event. I've ordered hundreds of items from ELK and the quality is top-notch, but the service is even better.
