The absolute worst place you could possibly get. You might as well throw your stuff away and save the money. There is a reason they are cheaper than everyone else, and your are still way over paying. I am interested in all other customers that have had their belongings ruined and file a class action lawsuit to put them out of business.

Was never given access to the unit and no one ever respond to phone messages or online messages I left.

I just moved into town 3 months ago and needed a storage building for extra stuff. I was with them for only 2 months. My first issue was rats in my storage. I called and they just said for me to buy moth balls well that didn't work. I had stuff all chewed up. My second issue was I went to get holiday stuff out and came to find my storage open a partial way and my lock was gone. This place is AWFUL! I would not recommend this place to anybody. I was a customer for 2 months and someone smashed the whole locking device off my unit door. Stole over $1000 worth of my things. When I called to ask they accused me of smashing the lock off... and said there is nothing they can do about it. You can guarantee I took my hard earned stuff elsewhere.
