I utilized a storage unit for 18 months. I had zero issues with operation or access to the unit, even during the winter season, as the access lanes were cleared promptly. The ownership changed during my time, which required a “re-entry” of information to set up auto-payments. So the accounting transition was a bit clunky and I was charged twice for the transition month….which they promptly addressed and rectified when notified. Excellent facility! So conveniently located... right in downtown Crested Butte. Also, the management is local and very friendly.
