Great auto repair shop! Brought my Tacoma in for 185k mile service. They have changed all the fluids in the truck over the last few years. They take excellent notes so they know what needs done. Again, they could have easily added a bunch of service I didn’t need. They checked all my fluids and told me they were good to go. Really impressed with the integrity and service for this shop.
These days it can be difficult to find a great, honest, and reasonably priced mechanic. Rob and his team are that and more! I had such a great experience the two times I have used them and now I will be a customer for life. I love when a shop lets you know that the repair is less than anticipated due to finding something not as complicated as it could have been! The team, Rob and Chris, provided a level of service and professionalism that is rarely encountered these days. I was visiting the Ashville NC area and encountered an issue with a classic Porsche. I had passed Elk Mountain Motors a few times while in Ashville but had never stopped. Rob, the owner, and Chris Master Tech, both came out of the shop to diagnose my problem. Needed a starter.
