My husband & 2 kids (8/5) stayed for fall break this year. We LOVED everything about this cabin. The cabin was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked & everything worked as it should. The beds were super comfortable. The loft bedroom upstairs was great for my kids & we spent several rainy hours trying to beat the high scores on the retro game machine. The hot tub was clean & amazing to relax in after a day of hiking. The cabin is close (but not too close) to restaurants & trails. We loved it here & plan to return.
The cabin was in great shape, had everything we could want! We obviously were planning on a lot of hiking but one rain out day left us at the cabin. The hot tub and games plus wifi kept the little ones entertained. We plan on renting this cabin again during our next trip to the gorge.
Awesome cabin for anyone looking to get out of the city! Cute little cabin tucked up on a hill in the woods a short drive away from several hiking trails. The cabin itself is cozy and clean, everything worked great! The hot tub/gazebo was an amazing touch and came in handy after a long day on the trails or if the rain canceled outdoor plans. The retro video games on the second floor were also lots of fun! Overall a great vacation spot!:)
Absolutely loved our stay at Elk Haven! The new owners have included everything you need plus some. On the raining days, we enjoyed a game of Jenga, Ms Packman, and the hot tub. On the nice days, we wandered around RRG and Cave Hollow. Looking forward to staying here again and finally trying the Red River Rockhouse!
It was amazing stay I enjoyed it all we had our youngest with us and he enjoyed every moment def worth staying in
