Terrible service and EXTREMELY overpriced. They are 2 times the normal rate. I was trying to get a refund because she charged me more than what the cost was, but she refuses to and started ignoring me. After reading all the other reviews it seems like that is her motto, CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT IS STATED THEN IGNORE THE CUSTOMER. On top it all off my dogs got returned hella dirty, had bites and diarrhea. STAY AWAY!!!
DO NOT BOOK HERE. Save your money. They charge 2x the going rate of other places. For dog boarding you can't pick up on Sunday or Wednesday and they WILL charge you for it. I asked to pickup on Wednesday and they said no, but would give me a free night since they don't allow pick ups. However, they still charged me for it. It costs $170 per night, but will charge you $175 unless you say something. Been taking my dog to Cassi and company for years now. She is the kindest, most flexible person as well as great with dogs. Offers daycare and boarding. Super easy website. Can't recommend enough.
