I needed an expensive repair and didn't doubt the diagnosis for what my car needed. My issue was the timeliness of the repair. I was originally told it would be done later the same week then an additional problem was found that required more time. I was unable to pick my car up until the following Monday due to my work schedule so that was ok. I came here because of the good reviews, but it was a letdown. A basic oil change took hours, they claimed my car had issues it didn’t, and I later found out they damaged my drain plug without telling me. Very disappointed—won’t be back.
