My initial introduction was of the single person apologizing if he immediately seems short or upset, he was alone and it was raining, so I agreed to give him a day to get things together. The next day, he took a look, told me the information I already knew and was hoping to get a lead on anything to do next. He told me he would explore options, but never got back to me. Everyone here was super nice and they were very clear with what would happen/needed attention. They went through all the procedures that would be done with me over a call so that I could make educated choices. Would recommend and will come again!
We had a transmission replaced. Carl and all are very honest. They gave us several scenarios to get it fixed. They found the least expensive way to fix our problem. We’ve used their services in the past and found them to be good at their repairs.
