My initial introduction was of the single person apologizing if he immediately seems short or upset, he was alone and it was raining, so I agreed to give him a day to get things together. The next day, he took a look, told me the information I already knew and was hoping to get a lead on anything to do next. He told me he would explore options, but never got back to me.
