Collette is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and always exceeds my expectations. She’s quick and always gives me the best, realistic financial advice.
Terrible Customer service, told me that they “didn’t have time for this” , followed by hanging up on me. Unfortunate experience. Part 2 : After explaining they weren’t taking any additional clients, I proceeded to ask for any recommendations on who I could reach out to for help and tried explaining what I needed expertise in. This is when i was met with “ I don’t have time for this” right before hanging up. It’s a shame to see a response like that from a local business. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Hard Truth.
