I had a great experience there when I had gotten into my car accident. It was fixed quickly and the work was excellent!! They are happy to help me with anything little I need done. The shop's owner Albert is great and super friendly. I feel like he totally went out of his way to make sure I was happy with their work.

If my car needs some maintenance done the only place i go is elk grove automotive (EGA) people that work there are very nice specifically Wojtek( Albert) he will tell you exactly what needs to be done right away and what can wait they are very honest. The job quality is exalted that is why EGA is the only way to go.

I do not understand why they have such a good review. I have been schemed there for over $1400.00. I paid for front bearing replacement among other things in May of last year, few months later same noise appears. I let it go for couple of months and finally took it to local ford dealer. Yea... the bearings ware shot completely and still original, so what they did is packed it with lots of new grease and charged me for new bearings.
