If I could have selected a negative selection, I would not have hesitated to do so. Elk & Elk only want to take care of "catastrophic" medical malpractice cases. Have they forgotten that (hopefully) not all cases are "catastrophic" however they can be devastating & life-changing? Have they forgotten that the "little" persons are what made them who/what they are today? I most certainly will tell any & all to stay away from this "money hungry" law firm.
