This has taken me two years to write. I had to have my childhood cat put down. I called and they got me in same day. When we arrived, the staff was rude. When the vet came in the room, his energy was offputting. He asked generic questions about my pet. And proceeded to call my female cat a he showed ZERO compassion for us or my pet. Recommendedwhen we needed to put down my grandmas baby they was the most reasonable priced and did with care thank you for getting us pretty much last min and understanding us in our time of grief thank you
Jeremy was dismissive, rude and did not touch or look over my injured horse before telling me it was all superficial and not worth attention. Did not even get her out of the trailer. He did not recommend tetnus even though horse was cut by barbed wire. Cannot reccomend this Dr. or clinic. After this horrible experience he had the nerve to charge a fee.
My dog needed his shots. It was quick and easy! Super nice people!
I have used Jeremy for years for everything thing from llamas to cats and he and the staff are the best. I really trust them.
both dr. sowards and Rachel are kind and considerate to both the animal and the humans that come into his practice they care for your animal and they care for your well-being they were so kind to me when my little animal got so ill it was time for him to go over the Rainbow Bridge I will be forever grateful to them
Dr. Sowards treated our 12 year old shar pei for an infection recently. We were not customers of Elk Creek, but consider ourselves one now. The 30 plus mile drive is worth the services and pricing this clinic provides. Dr. Sowards and his staff were compassionate, friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you so much for the care you gave our fur baby. She is all better now thanks to you!!
We are so grateful for Dr. Sowards and the team at Elk Creek Veterinary Clinic. We bring our dogs and many cats there and they make farm calls for our horses. We have had a few emergencies as well and always get great service. Thank you for all the great care with our pets!!
