This is a miserable place to live with an oppressive and depressing atmosphere. One can feel the gloomy despair just by visiting. It's almost as if everyone is resigned to a lonely and monotonous coast to the morgue. I met nobody who claimed to enjoy living there and many who said they were desperate to escape. I have been trying to call this place for 3 days now it says their office hours are from 9am to 12 noon yet no one ever answers the phone and they don't call people back.... Very unprofessional
