Elk construction came to the rescue. I run a local tree service and accidentally damaged our customers siding during operations. I contacted elk construction and received a very fast response and estimate. They treated us very well and fully understood the circumstances. They made the repair job happen with in 3 days of contacting them which pleased our clients very much. They replaced hardy plank, caulked and paint matched the existing siding. we were replacing our EFUS siding because of water intrusion. Elk Construction came out and gave a bid. The bid was very reasonable, the couple that runs the company are delightful and appear very honest and responsible. Because of a longer term contact with another firm, I went with them, but otherwise Elk Construction would’ve been our choice.
Didn’t scrape where paint needed scraped before painting. Reattached gutters un-leveled. Water pours out all the wrong ends. Tried to contact Elk via phone and app but no reply. Was an expensive job. We didn’t get what we hoped for.
I just had new board and batten Hardie siding installed on the entire house and a covered front porch added and I can say without hesitation that if you're looking for top quality workmanship, fast turn around, attention to detail, tremendous value and a family owned business with friendly,generous people you can trust please give Elk Construction a call for your next home siding or remodeling project. I am so impressed with Elk Construction. We had a leak coming from the top of our window (coming from our cracked siding/dryer vent and no flashing) and they were able to get everything fixed up perfectly! From setting up the bid, to getting the job done, to the cleanup, they were exceptional!!! Every member of their team was super friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them for any of our window and siding needs. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
